About QI
QI, standing for Quite Interesting and a play on IQ, is a comedy panel game television show hosted by Stephen Fry and shown on BBC Two and BBC Four, with older, syndicated episodes shown on UKTV G2 (now Dave). QI is one of the most successful shows shown on its channel: having the highest ratings of any show on BBC Four.[1] It is distinguished by the awarding of points not necessarily for the correct answer, but rather, for an interesting one. Many of the questions and answers are extremely obscure.
