By combining the efforts of traditional Middle Eastern and jazz influences with modern day elements of electronic, and hip-hop, Qaballah Steppers first established themselves as innovators for dub genre with their 1997 debut album "Dub in Fusion." Collaborating producers Professor Shehab and Jean-Pierre Sluys who make up this foundation, eventually found themselves touring Europe in support of their first album and even acquiring drummer Francolis Lardeau, turning Qaballah Steppers into a three piece.
