About PushMeUnder
Formed in late 2001, Pushmeunder were able to develop the twisted, angry and occasionally beautiful post-hardcore that they captured so brilliantly on their debut EP. Like Japanese bizarros Envy, they straddle the gulf between avant-garde post rock like Mogwai and screaming post-hardcore like Norma Jean. Currently gigging furiously - or as furiously as a limited gig circuit allows - this is "one of the few Brit bands who could possibly scare the shit out of us in a Mastodon/Locust style".
