There are 2 groups under the name Punches. 1. A Brooklyn-based group whose sound has disco influenced old school house vibes. 2. A New-Zealand-based pop duo whose music is a mix of melancholia, electronica, pop, guitars and folk. 1. PUNCHES was born during a cab ride one cold, Brooklyn December night, with thoughts of warm weather and the perfect summer soundtrack. Composed of twin brother DJs Finger on the Pulse and Alan Astor, PUNCHES is united by a common goal to get you moving.
