The band consists of Chris Thile (mandolin), Noam Pikelny (banjo), Chris Eldridge (guitar), Paul Kowert (bass), and Brittany Haas (fiddle). Gabe Witcher (fiddle/violin) was an originating member of the group from 2006 until his official departure in June 2023.
