How great were Psycore - so so great is the answer. Sounding like a glorious collision between Frank Zappa, Parliament and the HEAVIEST of heavy metal they made two fantastic albums for V2. The fact that they weren't empty brained mutton heads and that they were such great players was probably at the root of the reason they never broke through to a bigger Rock audience. Music, lyrics and arrangements for metalheads with brains and a developed sense of humour was never going to deliver them the biggest market in the world I guess.
