In a music scene that comes off as deceased in the tri-state area, a new project has arisen. With the members hailing from Pennsylvania and West Virginia, PROPOSAL will definitely be turning heads and views in today's metal/hardcore scene. Members: Rob Weaver Kyle Saville Dave Snyder Kirby Hurst James Paul Though, the members of PROPOSAL are all Christians and strong followers of Christ, the band states that they are not technically a "Christian" band, but they do contain "Christian" based lyrics and writings.
