#1 Promise Shepherd (born on September 16) is a Canadian hip hop artist known for his conceptual songwriting and potent lyrical content that focuses primarily on life, love and the consciousness of mankind. He is probably best known for his successful online mixtapes ‘Kanye West Presents Promise’ Vol. 1 & 2. His debut studio LP, titled ‘More Than Music’ was released in August of 2008 to critical acclaim. #2 A straight-edge hardcore band from Syracuse, New York, who existed from 2001 to 2005.
