About Progression By Failure
Progression By Failure is a project by a young French composer named Nicolas Piveteau. He was born in 1981 and started to play keyboards at the age of 10. He also plays guitar and drums. This project is to him a vision of progressive music, a panorama of power & emotions. The songs are beautiful melodies with power riffs & light atmosphere, the lack of which the author considers clichés of standard progressive music. Progression By Failure is influenced by modern prog rock, of course, but also by metal & pop.
