About phonout
Oskar Rudzki Oskar was born in Pleß (Oberschlesien/Poland). His first compositions were produced with a chime at the age of six. He emigrated to the country of his grandparents (Germany) at the age of nine. He preferred to spend all his money on tapes at black markets in Poland while searching for a special sound. His first contact with serious electronic music came in 1992 in the form of in radio broadcasts like "Schwingungen" on WDR1 or Steve Mason's "Experience" on BFBS Radio London, as well as artists like "Koto" or "Kraftwerk".
