Hailing from Moreno Valley, California, he represents the creative collective, U.T.B Life$tyle. April 2009 saw Pheo’s first official mixtape Word to Your Blogger, it demonstrated his superb writing ability and wordplay. His capacity as a fine tuned craftsman manifested with the release of his first studio album Wriot! The album released in March 2011
