Phear the Lyricist also known as PTL is a rapper from Manassas Virginia. He has been making music since the age of 16 and is actively involved in politics. He has been heavily influenced by hip hop of the early and late 90's. He has appeared on several mixtapes. Never one to stray outside of his "inner circle," he is slowly making moves and showing progress as an artist. Heavily inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson this talented mc incorporates wordplay often missed by the untrained ear.
