Peter Williamson Garland, born in Edinburgh, 16th February 1959. He goes by the name of Peter Garland Scotland on last fm, as there is an American classical composer called Peter Garland. He is self taught though studied Classical Guitar for 3 years at Napier University as a mature student where he also studied Music Technology. He was the stage manager for Scotland the What? from may 1981 till they retired. He is divorced and has 2 grown up kids.
