About Peter Ashby

Born in Leyton in 1963, Peter Ashby is a multi-instrumentalist British musician and composer. He has been a member of several groups whilst also releasing solo material including much experimental music. (www.peterashbymusic.com) (www.myspace.com/peterashby) He started his musical career with Clacton-on-Sea's cult heroes Frenzid Melon before joining Blank Screens; Spasmodic Caress and then the insane picnic. Currently he is a member of Ermin Grud and works on solo projects under various names with a high focus on experimentalism.
