About Paul Kelly and the Dots
Paul Kelly & The Dots were the first band formed by Australian singer-songwriter Paul Kelly after the dissolution of The High Rise Bombers, for whom Kelly sang lead vocals. Active from 1978 - 1982, Paul Kelly & The Dots recorded two albums - Talk in 1981 and Manila in 1982. Kelly has since written and recorded prolifically for himself and others, and recorded with Paul Kelly and the Coloured Girls and Paul Kelly and the Messengers as well as solo under his own name.
