About Paul Carr
Born in Cornwall, England (August 13, 1961), Paul Carr began writing music at the age of 15. At 19 Paul's first work was accepted for publication by Cramer Music, entitled "Dance Pieces for Clarinet and Piano". Much of his early work focused on chamber music for wind instruments, an interest which continues today. In more recent years, however, Paul's writing activities have expanded into the orchestral and film scoring fields. In 1998 he was asked by director Clare Kilner to write the original score for her first feature film
