About Pau Villalonga
Pau Villalonga (died Palma de Mallorca, 1609) was a chapel master of the church of Santa María del Mar in Barcelona and the cathedral of Palma de Mallorca. He was a chapel master of the basilica of Santa María del Mar in Barcelona until 1564 when he accepted the invitation of the canton chapter of the cathedral of Palma de Mallorca to occupy the same position that had just been created. There he taught music and organ to the children of the choir and other priests of that cathedral.
