
William Patrick Gowers (born 5 May 1936 in London) is an English composer mainly known for his film scores. Patrick Gowers composed the music to The Adventures of, The Return of, the Casebook of and the Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes starring Jeremy Brett. The series ran from 1984 to 1994, and the soundtrack was released in 1987.
