About Passo Uno
The musical project “Passo Uno” comes to life at the beginning of 2005 from an idea by Stefano de Ponti (guitars), Alessandro Bider (wind instruments and cello) and Andrea Avolio (drums). Blending such influences as post-rock, ambient and some minimal jazz, the trio delivers instrumental hypnotic soundscapes. The first releases by Passo Uno are the soundtracks for the documentaries “Presenze” (CDr – 2005) and “Il Passato Riemerso” (CD – 2006), both issued by the independent label Trazeroeuno.org.
