About Pascal Bertin
The French counter-tenor, Pascal Bertin, began his singing carrier at the age of 11 years old with the Choeur d' Enfants de Paris, conducted by Roger de Magnee, with whom he performed as a soloist around the world conducted among others by Seiji Ozawa, Zubin Mehta, and Sir Georg Solti. In 1988 he received, as a student of William Christie, the first prize for interpretation of baroque music from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris.
