There are multiple artists with the name Partisan. 1) Psychedelic vocal band from Milwaukee, WI. They started making music in February 2005. 2) German underground rap artist. He is part of the rap group Goodfellas but also released a solo ep, avalible for free on www.ruffiction.de 3) Belgium post-punk. With their post-punk inspired sound, led by noisy, yet clean and bright guitars and driving bass, Partisan channel influences from their collective musical pasts into songs that deliver their power and urgency through texture
