About Paroni Paakkunainen

Seppo Toivo Juhani "Paroni" Paakkunainen (24. October 1943 Tuusula, Finland) is a Finnish jazz musician and composer, with saxophone and transverse flute as his main instruments. He became famous with Finnish rock band "The Boys". Afterwards Seppo has released couple of solo albums and he has played with other artists and bands, for example with Finnish rock band "Hurriganes". Seppo has also formed a band called "Karelia". Karelia plays pop versions of Finnish folk songs.
