Padique was founded in 2001 by Torsten Kreissl (sounds, machines, lyrics, arranging) and Thorsten Berschuck (lyrics, vocals, co-arranging). Padique remixed for Funker Vogt, Endanger and Interface as well as collaboratively worked with ex-And One member Joke Jay and Icon of Coil member Sebastian R. Komor on the free downloadable anti-AIDS song, Liebt Jeden - http://www.pandique.com. Noted influences include Icon of Coil, And One, Starsailor, Brian Ferry, Schiller, Wolfsheim, VNV Nation, Distain!, Energy 52 and Leonard Cohen.
