About Palavra Cantada
Both label and band, Palavra Cantada was formed in 1994 when the musicians Sandra Peres e Paulo Tatit joined in order to create new child songs for brazilian children. This partnership produced really well arranged songs with beautiful lyrics, differing from traditional child songs, ususally simple. With more than 15 albuns, Palavra Cantada was awarded with two Prêmio Sharp (an important brazilian prize) and have several albuns used as musical reference in both public and private brazilian schools.
