David Rios Y Valles aka Pacific Glare it is a music producer and sound designer from Guadalajara Mexico. He started as an Electrical Engineer and from that started designing mixers and oscillators; that lead for the love to electronic music, and specially Techno and House. His first steps were as a DJ, mixing in small parties and underground places, but only that. But after that he started producing mainly using Reason Studios. All the music is inspired in what inspired techno to be what it is
