Orlando Poleo Born: Resides: Instruments: Genre: In Caracas, Venezuela Paris, France Congas, Bongos, Percussion Jazz, Latin, Pop Orlando was born in Caracas, Venezuela where he began his musical training with the well-known teacher Julio Mendez. He soon attracted attention and became one of the best and most demanded Venezuelan percussionists. He then studied Afro-Venezuelan percussion with teacher Miguel Urbina and later recorded and went on to accompany many famous national and international artists.
