About Oriel Joans
OJ was formed in early 2007. It was initially a project where we would cover and perform Ori L Joans songs. As the lineup got more stable we began looking for a more exciting creative framework. This is when the first Oriel Joans songs were written. We began doing live shows occasionally, but still kept our main focus on songwriting and recording. In 2009 our lineup was reduced to the quartet we are today. This meant a big change. We rearranged the way we played and our creative interaction.
