Orazio Scaletta was a late 15th Century/early 16th Century Italian composer. In 1585 he was Kapellmeister in Milan, then in 1590 in Lodi. The same year visited Venice and met Gabrielli. In 1595, he was Kapellmeister in Bergamo. From 1601 to 1609, he was in Crema, the Duke of Mantua had a gold coin minted in his honor. Then, until 1611, at the Chiesa Maggiore in Salò.
