There are two OPBs. 1) Previously known as Young OPB grew up in Harlem, NY, and blew up from his songs No Favors and Cocaine Dreamz. 2) OPB is Oregon Public Broadcasting, an Oregon and Southwest Washington affiliate of National Public Radio.
