Jesse Legg is a native Tahlequah Oklahoma IDM/glitch/drill n bass artiste. In his youth his family noticed exceptional talents in art, music and math. Jesse had an insatiable appetite for computers and his parents encouraged him with the purchase of a Texas Instruments TI-99/4A. o9 began programming sound in TI basic at the age of seven. He is widely regarded as a melodist, however the bulk of his work supports the claim that he is in fact a noise/club artist.
