About Novalis Deux
Novalis Deux (or simply Novalis as they were known at this time) are a neo folk band that was founded in 2000 by Marcel Henkel (Keyboards & Vocals) and Stev Schumann (Lead Vocals & Guitar). The bands sound is different from most neo folk acts since it has a large usage of keyboards, giving it an almost darkwave sound, not unlike the band In My Rosary. In 2001 the EP 'First Cadence' saw release followed by the debut album 'Last Years Calling' the following year.
