The band was formed in 07/02/2007 with members Julian Loy, Kurt Travis, Tony Marks, Josh Benton (Now playing guitar for Dance Gavin Dance) Alex Fleshman and Dale Arseneau. Categorized as Indie / Pop / Nu-Jazz, the band played several shows at The Boardwalk, until later disbanding as Kurt Travis joined Dance Gavin Dance.
