About Nicholson
Nicholson is influenced both by french classic pop (S.Gainsbourg, J.Dutronc) and by english and american pop music (The Smiths, Portishead, The Coral, The good the bad and the queen). Their songs are elegant, their lyrics are bristly, and sometimes their instrumental songs have a kind of cinematic feel. Nicholson realized a first album of french songs in June 2006 called "Moderne"; this first album received numerous laudatory comments of the french press
