About Newer Not
Newer Not is the solo project of French artist Régis Lemberthe, initiated in Amsterdam by the end of 2008, after the dismissal of his former band Fungi. From this 3 pieces formation he kept influences of course, but also the habit of keeping a keyboard at hand while composing, which will become the central element of Newer Not's music. The outcome, however, is radically different. The energetic, live-oriented music turned into a more intimate, introspective work.
