neighborhood property (aka runningprsn) is a producer from Canada. She originally started her music career on Bandcamp and SoundCloud under the name "2480" only posting 4 EPs. The 4 EPs only available on Bandcamp (as the SoundCloud account was deleted) are, alt tab, Gene Pool, Music From The Bedroom: Demo Tapes Volume 1, and astrophobia. She quit making music as 2480 and deleted the twitter account associated with 2480 at the end of 2022. She started the neighborhood property name in December of 2022 and released AERODISC the following month.
