About Naoshi Mizuta

水田直志 (Naoshi Mizuta) is a Japanese composer and musician known for his work in the video game industry. He was born on January 3, 1972, in Tokyo, Japan. Mizuta is notably recognized for his contributions to music in various video game franchises, most notably in the Final Fantasy series. Mizuta joined Capcom in 1994, and composed for games including "Street Fighter Alpha" , "Resident Evil 2" and "Mega Man & Bass". He was transferred to Square Enix (formerly Square) in 1998.
