About Naked Hippy
Naked Hippy formed around 1985 in Bloomington/Normal Illinois with Barry S. from Negative Element and Caustic Defiance on guitar. They played a number of shows with Naked Raygun, Life Sentence, Impetigo, Semisids, Mr. Hand, Jesus on a 10 Speed, Free Radicals, Act of God, Macabre and many other punk rock bands. They soon released their demo cassette, "I Thought Woodstock Was Over" on Rubberneck Records. On February 6, 1988 they recorded their album at WW Studios.
