About Mystery Hearsay
Mystery Hearsay began in 1981. The host Mike Honeycutt aquired a Sunday morning radio shift (02:00 to 06:00am) on WLYX FM89.3 - WLYX was shut down the third and final time in 1989. The long shift allowed me to air a lot of material. Shows usually started off with an hour of punk - the second indie rock / new wave - the third Industrial/dark - the fourth Ambient. The program continues with a combination of musical flavors that squeeze into the current two hour show on FM 89.
