About Mysk

Born in Dubai in a Lebanese family and growing up in Montreal, Joey Mallat was passionate about juggling. It’s when his juggling clubs got confiscated, that his sister’s abandoned guitar fell delicately into his hands. A note here, a note there, his long, skilful and precise fingers finally found their true purpose. It’s, therefore, at the ripe age of 12yrs old, that a long, complex and intimate relationship developed between him and music.
