My Sister Kate was a band from Westminster Maryland (a rural suburb of Baltimore) that was active from 1999 - 2005. The main band members consisted of Joe Rankin, Frank Adams, and Jesse Davis but also included multiple different members including Hez Carty, Rick Kelly, Jason Nichols (of Active Sac) and Matt Miller (of the Evan Anthem). One review from the Baltimore City Paper described My Sister Kate as a "Crunchy, spacey indie rock band formed in 1999.
