Mute Swimmer
About Mute Swimmer
Mute Swimmer is a musical project of the Berlin based British artist Guy Dale. Dale is as fascinated engaging with the traditions of the songwriting form as he is in dismantling them. Many of his songs refer directly to moment of writing, recording and performance itself. Dale has described the music simply as being 'governed by grace, doubt and sabotage' but it can be said to draw from strands of art rock, post-hardcore, and alt-folk in highly idiosyncratic fashion.
