About Mr. Sad Head
Mr. Sad Head was the stage name of 1950s rhythm and blues performer William A. "Sunny" Thomas (sometimes given as William A. "Sunny" Thurman). He recorded several singles for RCA Victor in the early 1950s. In September 1952, he toured Texas with the Billy Ford Orchestra, Shirley Haven and the Charles Brown Trio.
