About Mowbird
Mowbird are a surf-punk quartet from Wrexham, UK. Formed in the summer of 2010, Ben Sawin (vocals/guitar), Mike Smith (bass), Sue Dempsey (keys) and Mike Jones (drums) are "proud of lo-fi, queens of DIY." They've opened for Neon Indian, Times New Viking, Dinosaur Pile Up and The Jezabels in addition to recording and self-releasing two EPs - Excellent, OK (2010) and Ilk (2011).
