There are at least four different bands / artists called Mover. 1. Mover was a soul / funk indie band from the United Kingdom who released their debut album, Mover in 1998, drawing influences from Motown to Manchester. The band was noticed in the U.K. music press and received radio airplay, but failed to prick the public's consciousness. It was a different story in Japan, where sales were far better and the band were well received. More releases followed
