About Mona Wessman
Mona Wessman, born 24 March 1948 in Långsele, is a swedish singer. Her breakthrough was the song Gå och göm dig, Åke Tråk, which she participated with in "Melodifestivalen" 1968. The song finished in third place. When she got lumps on her vocal cords she was forced to limit her live performances in 1976. She spent 7 years in Spain where she worked as a tour guide and entertainer. Eventually she stopped her singing career completely and now works in a store.
