About Mojo Watson
About me: I am a blues vocalist/guitarist. I am that rare breed of musician that tries to honor the music of his ancestors. It is my humble opinion that the blues (or the 'Reals', as the folks down South refer to them) are the foundation for all Western music. I released my fourth album last Summer (6/2007). I own my own label (Watashea Records), and my own publishing company; hence, I own my music. I have been playing guitar and singing for many years, and I am still 'learning' to play, and sing as well.
