There are at least 7 artists with this name. 1. Modus is one of the most popular pop/rock bands in Slovakia. They were founded in 1967 in line-up Ján Baláž , J. Kratochvíl, P. Krutek, T. Psota, Luboš Stankovský, G. Wertlen, Miro Žbirka). In the year 1972, they added keyboardist, composer (and later leader of the band) Ján Lehotský. They added popular singer Marika Gombitová in 1976 and later won Czechoslovak music contest Bratislavska lýra in 1977 with song "Úsmev".
