
Born in Nottingham, UK, 5th January 1962. Studied music composition and technologies at Dartington College of Arts with Frank Denyer, Edward Cowie, David Prior and Gavin Bryars. Worked with French-Canadian Acousmatic composer Christian Calon, and with English composer Andrew Bentley at the Sibelius Academy Centre of Music & Technology in Helsinki, Finland. Commissioned by Derby Shakespeare Theatre Company to compose the incidental music for their production of The Tempest, to mark the 70th anniversary of Cornwall’s Minack Theatre in 2002.
