There is more than one artist with this name: 1. Memorandum (Petter Marklund / XXX Atomic Toejam) was a one-man tribal (martial) industrial 'band' from Sweden. Mixing metal percussion with industrial sounds, dark ambient music, religious chants and demonic vokillz. Memorandum was the first band to release an LP on Cold Meat Industry.
