About Melanie Garside
Melanie Garside (a.k.a. Maple Bee) is an artist and musician. She is currently a member of electro-pop duo Huski, as well as a solo artist and former member of Vertigo Angels and the Mediæval Bæbes. She released her first solo album called "Fossil" under her real name in 1996, she has gone on to release "Chasing Eva" and "Home" as Maple Bee in 2004 and 2008 respectively. She also briefly played bass for her older sister KatieJane Garside's band Queen Adreena, appearing on the album The Butcher and the Butterfly.
